Account Data Deletion Service

Dear Valued User, In consideration of the security of your data, we provide a data deletion service within our APP. If you are unable to download and install our APP, please inform us of your situation through our customer service email, and provide us with your mobile number and name along with other relevant information.

APP Account Deletion Process

Log in to your account on the mobile application.
Navigate to 'My Account' > 'Settings' > 'Account Deletion'.

Precautions

Deleting an account requires ensuring that all loans within the account have been settled and there are no unclaimed funds.
After the account is deleted, any coupons associated with theaccount will be cleared.
The account deletion process will take 30 working days, during which you will not be able to log in or re-register your account.
